BMW 335I 335XI 135I 535I N54B30 Engine Long Block Assembly *6 Bolt Crankshaft*

*NOTE* Removed from a non running car with an interior electrical fire. Removed from an AWD car, so the oil pan will need to be replaced to fit a RWD car. This car has a 6 bolt crankshaft.

Leak down test shows 10-11% leak on cyl 1, 3, 5, 6 

3% leak on cyl 2

13% leak on cyl 4

Leaky cylinders are all leaking in the bottom end, this is expected for an engine that hasn’t run in a long time as this test is supposed to be done when the engine is hot.

Cyl 4 is leaking from the intake valves a small amount, looks like carbon build up is the reason however this could also be something stuck in the valve that would clear out once it’s running. 
 

This part was removed from a 2009 BMW E92 335XI M Sport, however this part may fit other models.
