RETURNS - PARTS PICKED UP IN PERSON

Parts are available for viewing/testing/inspection in person at our shop prior to purchasing. You can make an appointment to do so HERE.

If you purchase online prior to viewing in person, you may still test/inspect the part at our shop when it is picked up.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on parts picked up in person once they leave our shop, unless the part purchased is defective and can be verified as such.

RETURNS - PARTS NOT PICKED UP IN PERSON

Parts are available for viewing/testing/inspection in person at our shop prior to purchasing, however this may not be an option for online purchases that are received by mail.

Please contact us prior to purchasing with any questions or if you would like any additional information, pictures, etc.

We offer 7 days from date the part is received to contact us with any issues. We will review return requests on a case by case basis.

Parts must be returned to us (either by mail or in person) prior to a refund being given. Returned parts must be returned in the same condition that they were sold. Amount refunded will be less shipping where applicable.

WARRANTY

All parts are sold as-is and there are no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

FITMENT

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to guarantee that a part will fit prior to purchasing.

Any fitment information mentioned is a guide and not a guarantee, as a part coming from the same car still may not work with your specific model or trim or options.

PARTS PICK UP

Parts purchased online must be picked up within 31 days from the date of purchase.

DUTIES/TAXES/TARIFFS

Proper Parts Co is located in Canada so if your purchase is being shipped to the United States, U.S. Customs will apply duties, taxes, and/or tariffs upon delivery. Please note the following:

1. Duties/taxes/tariffs cannot be prepaid through us and they have not been included in your order total.

2. Duties/taxes/tariffs are determined by U.S. Customs and we cannot estimate them in advance. Please be aware that we have seen some charges exceed the total value of the item by several hundred percent.

3. The buyer/purchaser/receiver is responsible for paying any such charges directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

4. If a shipment is refused because of unpaid duties/taxes/tariffs, it may be returned to us or it may be disposed of, and we may be billed for those charges and the return shipping. In such cases, these costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

5. Before we can proceed with shipping your order you will be sent an email or text message to verify that you understand and agree to our terms regarding duties/taxes/tariffs. Please reply confirming that you understand and agree to these terms and we’ll promptly ship your order.
