BMW DCT/Dual Clutch Transmission. Removed from a 2011 BMW 135i with an N55 engine.

Transmission itself will fit E82/E88 135i, E90/E92/E93 135i/135is, and E89 Z4 35i/35is with N54 or N55 engines. Other parts will vary depending on the part.

Is also a very popular transmission to use for a DCT swap into other cars, so lots of kits/adapters are available.
